Senior leadership inside the business, working alongside the founder.

Senior leadership inside the business, working alongside the founder.
There are moments when a business needs experienced senior leadership in the room, not at arm's length. A critical growth phase. Preparation for a transaction. A period of commercial restructuring. A situation where the founder needs a peer with direct commercial and financial experience to work alongside them — not an adviser reviewing outputs, a partner working through the problems.
The Operating Partner engagement puts us inside the business for a defined period. We work directly with the founder and the leadership team on the commercial and financial workstreams that matter most during that phase — strategy, financial management, investor relations, operational structure, and transaction preparation.
This is not a non-executive or advisory role. It is hands-on senior involvement — in the meetings, on the numbers, and engaged in the decisions.
Operating Partner engagements are structured on a fixed-term basis — typically three to six months, with renewal by mutual agreement. The scope and time commitment are agreed at the outset and designed to fit around the specific phase of the business.
Everything discussed and all work done within the engagement is held in strict confidence.
