When you submit an application through our website, we collect the personal information you provide. This may include your name, company name, email address, telephone number, and details about your business, investment interests, or property opportunity. Some application forms also allow you to upload supporting documents such as a business plan, pitch deck, brochure, schedule or mandate.
When you visit the website, we may collect analytics data through Google Analytics 4, subject to your cookie preferences. This may include pages visited, time spent on pages, device type, browser type, approximate location at country or city level, and referring source. Analytics data is collected in aggregate and is not linked to information you provide through an application form.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, financial account details, or information from children under the age of 13.
We process application data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically to assess whether a potential engagement is appropriate and to contact you in connection with your enquiry. Without this information we cannot evaluate or respond to an application.
We process analytics data on the basis of your consent, which you give or withhold through the cookie banner on this website. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website. If you consent, GA4 sets cookies that collect anonymised information about page views, session duration, and traffic sources. No advertising cookies are used on this site.
When you first visit, a banner will ask whether you accept or decline analytics cookies. If you decline, no analytics cookies are placed and no data is sent to Google. Your choice is stored in your browser so the banner does not reappear on return visits.
Application submissions are handled through Netlify, which stores form data on servers in the United States. Netlify participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
If you accept analytics cookies, data is processed by Google LLC in accordance with Google’s privacy policy. We have enabled IP anonymisation.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties without your consent, except where required to do so by law.
We retain application data for up to two years from the date of submission. If an application leads to an active engagement, relevant records are retained for as long as that relationship continues and for a reasonable period thereafter.
Google Analytics statistics are retained for 14 months, after which they are deleted automatically.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request that it be corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format.
