CALL
We arrange a short call to find out what you want and whether we can help.
FACT FIND
We send it to you after the call. It finds out what you want to do: buy, develop, sell or hold. Why, where, your budget, your timing, whether you have the funds, and whether you need legal or other help. You sign an NDA with Prestige & Co first.
FUNDS
If you are buying or developing and have the funds, you send proof and we run basic checks. If you need finance, we introduce you to an authorised broker.
ENGAGEMENT
We agree the terms in a signed letter.
THE WORK
Buying or developing: we source properties or sites and check the numbers. Selling: we plan the sale of the property or portfolio, refer you to a qualified valuer and introduce buyers from our network.
INTRODUCTIONS
To the selling agent, a solicitor, and anyone else the fact find showed you need. We then step back, and they take it to completion.
Finance and specialists
Regulated work goes to regulated firms.
Need finance for property development, bridging finance, private finance for property or finance for property investment? It is arranged by authorised brokers; we make the introduction.
Valuations are carried out by a qualified valuer in the country the property sits in, and legal work by a solicitor in the same country.
