Each buyer receives an anonymous summary first, and we vet those who are interested before they sign an NDA and receive the full details. We then run the due diligence, and support you through offers and heads of terms to completion, alongside your solicitors.

We find out what you want to buy, check your proof of funds and match you to businesses that fit. You receive an anonymous summary first, then the full details after you sign the seller’s NDA. We then run the due diligence, and support you through your offer and heads of terms to completion, alongside your solicitors.
