Accountants, solicitors, independent financial advisers and wealth managers with clients selling a business, buying property abroad, or preparing for investment. Your client stays your client. We report back to you, and where your client needs regulated advice, it comes straight back to you or to the right firm in your market.
Agents, developers and landowners with a site, a standing asset or a portfolio. We hold signed mandates with investors, funds and family offices looking at real estate. If what you have fits one of them, we can tell you quickly.
RICS valuers, FCA-authorised brokers and property lawyers in the markets we work in. Where a client needs regulated work, we introduce it. We are looking for firms who can take that on in each jurisdiction.
We work on a simple principle: where you are the catalyst for revenue we generate, we share it. You receive an agreed share of our net commission, paid within 14 days of the funds clearing on a completed transaction.
Every introduction is confirmed by us in writing within five working days, so there is never a question later about who brought what. The arrangement runs for an agreed tail period, so a deal that takes a year to complete still earns you the fee.
It runs both ways. Where our client needs a lawyer, an accountant, a valuer or a broker in your market, that work goes to you. We refer regulated work out as a matter of course, so those introductions are real and regular.
Terms are set out in a signed Sub-Introducer Agreement before any introduction is made.
